A) What does 4Sight Designz Ltd offer?
We offer WordPress Web Design and Development, Graphic Design and Logo Creation, Digital Marketing, along with Local SEO and PPC Optimization and Management.
B) Communication
Communication is the most important factor for us to be able to provide a great service to you. When you fill out and submit an inquiry form, we will usually respond within 24 hours to arrange a Strategy Meeting to take place via ZOOM Video Call, or if you prefer, to communicate via email. You can select your preferred method of communication in the inquiry form.
For ZOOM Calling, the first 30 minutes of your consultation with us is completely free. During that time, we will try and learn as much as we can about your business, your current website (if applicable), and your goals. We recommend preparing your questions and discussion points in advance before our call takes place.
We work with clients from all over the world, and sometimes the time difference can cause a few issues with call scheduling. We are based in the Caribbean (GMT -4 time), and we will try our best to book a call that is at a convenient time for you and ourselves. Occasionally, our workload will prevent us from having the available time to communicate via ZOOM. In such instances, we can communicate via email or by using WhatsApp.
C) Project Management
We use Client Portal to organize and manage our client projects. Once we’re ready to move into the design phases, we will create a new project board and invite you as a guest to the board. When you log in, you will be able to view the following information:
- Project and Discussions
- Invoices
- Contracts
- Estimates
- Proposals
- Support
You will also be able to add your own updates/notes to each task within the phases of your project for us to review.
D) Fees, Deposits, Payments, and Deadlines
Payments can be processed in the following currencies – Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). Below you will find a list of the fees for each of the services we provide through this website:
- Zoom Video Call Consultation – (First 30 minutes of initial contact is free)
- Web Design – Starting @$80 TTD per hour
- Graphic Design, Logo Design – Starting @$80 TTD per hour
- Product/Branding Design – Starting @$80 TTD per hour
After our initial strategy meeting video call, we will put together a retainer quote and non-disclosure contract in PDF format, tailored to your needs for you to review. We can always discuss any parts of the contract via email before you sign it and return it to us.
E) Pricing Structure
Any quotes provided are estimates only. Any additional work required to complete your project is both negotiable and changeable. If your design project falls under $4,000 TTD, we require full payment to be made before any work is scheduled or commenced. This can be sent with your signed design contract and non-disclosure agreement. If your design project estimate is above $4,000 TTD, a 50% deposit is required with your signed design contract and non-disclosure agreement.
Here is a simple cost and time breakdown of structuring a contract:
- Meeting with the client for the first time to discuss the project. Free 30 minutes, and an additional 1 chargeable hour. ($60 TTD total)
- Estimated 20 hours of strategizing (1 hour per day for 20 working days), and after, 120 hours for designing and developing the website (2 hours per day for 60 working days) – $9,600 TTD quote at $80 TTD per hour.
- Deposit to be paid @ 50% of quote = $4,800 TTD (Estimate is over $5k)
- Final amount to be paid when the website goes live = $4,800 TTD
- Continuous improvement stage begins after launch, with agreed 1 hour per working day for the duration of 6 months @ $80 TTD per hour (20 hours per month) – $1,600 TTD per month subscription (Six months $9,600 TTD).
- Total cost for the web design project – $19,260 TTD.
F) Availability and Turnaround Time
In an effort to retain our sanity, we usually do not work on any more than 3 client design projects at any one time. If you have a deadline to meet in mind, please make sure you select this in the design submission form. Whilst we do take deadlines into consideration, our focus is on producing deliverables for you that will help to drive results and promote the growth of your business. The turnaround time for a website from start to finish depends greatly on the scope of work required for the project; however, we aim to have a website ready for launching and testing between 30 and 60 days from our initial strategy meeting. G) Refunds
Due to the nature of the services we provide, refunds are not available at any time.
H) Non-payment & Outstanding Invoices
We are here to help you any way we can, which is why we believe in good communication with our clients. If, for any reason, you are unable to make a payment on your account, please let us know the reasons and we will provide a payment plan. Please do not ignore invoices or communication from us regarding payments on your account. Once again, we’re here to help you and wish for you to enjoy your experience working with us.
